Conference fee refunds after registration
75% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs 1 month
before the start of the conference.
50% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs 2 weeks
before the start of the conference.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks of the start of the
conference.
